Institutional enquiries

R3i reviews defined transaction and capital mandates.

Please provide sufficient context for the team to identify the relevant legal entity, mandate owner and next step.

What happens next: qualified enquiries proceed under non-disclosure agreement to mandate documentation and the data room. KYC and compliance clearance precede any exchange of confidential material. R3i responds from the r3iventures.com domain.

Route 01 · Transaction

Submit a transaction mandate

For shareholders, companies, GPs and strategic counterparties with a defined private-market transaction.

Mandates are reviewed by the DealDesk, which operates through R3i Ventures Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). Every submission receives a reference by email. Before any confidential material is exchanged, Fund Operations & Compliance completes KYC: identity and beneficial ownership, source of funds, sanctions and politically-exposed-person screening.

Fields marked required are required. The form follows the eight questions every mandate passes through on the DealDesk.

Contact

01 · Asset

Name and nature of what is being bought, sold or financed. No pricing.

02 · Title

Who holds the asset today, and through what instrument or vehicle. Categories, not names.

03 · Authority

04 · Transferability

Rights of first refusal, lock-ups, consents, transfer approvals, tag or drag rights, or any other constraint. If none are known, say so.

05 · Counterparty

Broker chains and stacked fees do not pass the gate. State them now rather than later.

06 · Economics

07 · Regulation

Of the asset, the owner and any identified counterparty.

Any U.S. buyer, seller or issuer routes securities execution through the chaperoning broker-dealer.

08 · Settlement

Approvals, consents, financing, settlement mechanics — as far as they are known.

Access is arranged under non-disclosure agreement. Do not paste links or credentials here.

R3i will review the mandate for fit, transaction pathway and required regulatory perimeter, and will respond on whether it is positioned to proceed. Names of counterparties, pricing and documents are exchanged only under non-disclosure agreement, after KYC — do not include them here.

Route 02 · Capital

Allocator enquiry

For institutional investors, family offices, sovereign capital and strategic allocators.

Fields marked required are required.

Self-declared here; confirmed during KYC before any offering material is provided.

Institutional capital relationships are developed selectively around relevant mandates, opportunities and strategies. Offering materials are provided only to qualified investors under confidentiality; the team will respond on whether and how R3i is positioned to engage.

Route 03 · Governance

Board mandate

For boards seeking a director or advisory-board member where frontier-technology, regulatory or reputation judgment materially changes outcomes. Board mandates are remunerated engagements — fees, equity or both, agreed before commitment.

Fields marked required are required.

Board mandates are accepted selectively, where judgment materially changes outcomes, and are disclosed in R3i's governance register.

Route 04 · Programmes

Institutional programme

Paid institutional programmes: executive education, keynotes, sovereign and corporate briefings, and enterprise licensing around R3i intelligence and Algorithmic Roulette.

Fields marked required are required.

Programmes are remunerated engagements, scoped in writing before commitment. Selected engagements may be undertaken pro bono by deliberate decision, not by default.
