Every Clearance review on the desk produces a Transaction Passport — the working record a counterparty needs to decide whether an asset is actually transferable, financeable and closeable, not just interesting.
Evidence grade · title and authority to transact · transfer restrictions and rights of first refusal · buyer eligibility · KYC/AML status · valuation range and basis · fee chain · approval dependencies · conditions to close.
The Passport is issued to qualified counterparties under confidentiality as part of a transaction under review — it is not a published rating and carries no independent verification beyond R3i's own diligence.
